As you awaken into this unknown location, only two pieces of information are prevalent in your mind— your name is Aaron Jones, and that you are, or were, dead.  Explore through this decrepit hospital, being haunted by a shadow that somehow knows your face, to uncover the mysteries of your past and unlock your memories. Be wary, however, for the 'patients' that roam these halls don't really seem to be human anymore.
